Choco-peanut butter pralines
Pralines made of chocolate and peanut butter are a healthy dessert, as they are prepared from the best quality, healthy ingredients, in addition they are very easy to make!
- 300g dark chocolate
- 100g Battery Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Break the chocolate into pieces, melt it over the steam and save for later. Mix peanut butter and melted coconut oil to obtain a liquid mass. If not sufficiently fluid, add additional coconut oil and stir over the steam.
Prepare praline molds or mini-muffin papers cups. With the help of a teaspoon, cover the bottom of the model with a layer of melted chocolate and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Then add a layer of peanut mixture and return to the refrigerator. After 15 minutes, cover again with a layer of melted chocolate and cool down well in the refrigerator, then serve.
