Battery Protein Pasta with tomatoes and basil

Great idea for a healthy, delicious low-carb meal. Battery Protein Pasta contains as much as 30g of protein per 100g, which is three times as much as the conventional pasta.
- 2 shallots
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 fists of cherry tomatoes
- 10 leaves of basil
- 1 carrot
- coconut or olive oil
- Battery Protein Pasta
Place salted water on the cooker to boil. Then cut and sauté all the ingredients on coconut or olive oil. First caramelize the shallots and garlic, then add salt and pepper (to taste). Later, add cherry tomatoes, carrots and basil. Do not cook for too long, otherwise the vegetables will lose flavor and become mush. When the water boils, reduce the fire and add 250g of Battery Protein Paste. Boil the pasta for about 6 minutes, then drain it and add it to the sauce. Mix all together and let stand for another 5 minutes.
