Directions:
Mix one serving (25g - ⅔ scoop) with 150-300ml of water, milk or your favourite drink. For maximum results take three servings daily, preferably during breakfast, in between meals, and after workout.
SHAKER:
Add one serving to 150-300ml of water, milk or your favourite drink and shake for 25-30 seconds.
MIXER:
Add one serving to 150ml water, milk or preferred drink, add 3-4 ice cubes and blend for 20 seconds or until the drink reaches desired consistency.
