Battery Pancakes with fresh fruit
Delicious and healthy pancakes.
Ingredients for 4 pancakes:
+ Fruit of your choice: strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.
+ 4 scoops of Battery Pancake – white chocolate & coconut flavour
+ 2 scoops of water or milk
Preparation:
For 4 pancakes you have to mix 4 scoops of powder with 2 scoops of water or milk. You can prepare the pancake dough in a shaker, just shake until the dough is smooth. If the dough is too dense, just add some more liquid. Fry the pancakes in a frying pan, previously greased with coconut oil. Fry until the pancakes becomes golden-brown. Decorate with fresh fruit, or add some syrup or jam of your choice.
