Homemade chocolate
This time Tina has prepared delicious chocolate bars.
Ingredients:
- 250g PRO10 Peanut Butter
- 15g cocoa powder
- 120ml almond milk
- 2 scoops of chocolate protein - Battery Whey, 60g dried fruit and nuts of your choice
Mix peanut butter, cocoa, milk and protein in a smooth mixture, add nuts or dried fruit if desired. Place the chocolate mass on a baking tray previously covered with parchment paper and distribute it approximately 1-2 centimetres thick. Then put it in the freezer for at least one hour. After this time, take the chocolate from the freezer, break it into pieces and enjoy this sweet moment without a guilty conscience.
