Protein banana bread
Excellent, yet so simple recipe for fitness BANANA BREAD!
- 2 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup oat flakes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Battery Whey (flavor: creamy vanilla, chocolate or banana)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 handful chopped hazelnuts or walnuts
- a bit of chopped chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix all the ingredients (the easiest way to do it is with a mixer) and pour the mixture into the baking model. Place the baking model into preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes. After it cools down, cut into pieces and enjoy in delicious and healthy meal.
